SOORENTE SHIPPING POLICY

At Soorente, we are committed to delivering your luxury pieces efficiently, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

General Information

  • All Soorente deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

  • UK domestic/ Local orders are shipped via DPD and Royal Mail.

  • International orders are shipped via DHL and Royal Mail.

  • All shipments come with end-to-end tracking.

  • Courier delays (DPD or DHL) are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at customerservice@soorente.com, and we will assist you.

  • Orders placed during new launches or sale periods may require up to 10 additional business days to dispatch.

Packaging

  • UK Orders:
    Your order will arrive in a bag or box, carefully wrapped in Soorente-branded wrapping sheets, sealed with a sticker, and accompanied by a personalised thank-you card.

  • International Orders:
    Orders are packaged in durable mailing bags for added protection. Customers may opt for a box with wrapping sheets or a tote bag, including stickers and a thank-you card.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • During peak periods (new launches or sales), dispatch may take up to 10 additional business days.

  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    • UK/ Local: 2–3 working days

    • International: 5–7 working days

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, especially for international orders.

  • Free UK shipping on orders of £200 or more

  • Free international shipping on orders of £350 or more

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Countries

Due to Brexit, all orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States

  • Most shipments valued at US$800 or less may be imported without duties or taxes.

  • Orders exceeding this threshold may incur duties and taxes. We recommend splitting orders to avoid additional fees.

  • Any applicable U.S. duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders (All Regions)

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

  • These charges are not included in the checkout total.

  • Fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and vary by location.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office or carrier for accurate estimates.

Refused or Undelivered Shipments

  • Please do not refuse delivery due to customs fees.

  • If delivery is refused for any reason:

    • The package will be returned to us.

    • DHL return fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • If we do not hear back from the customer, the package may be considered abandoned and disposed of by DHL. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
