SOORENTE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Soorente, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed luxury fashion pieces of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return process to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging (including ziplock bag)

  • Item(s) must be free from makeup stains, odors, or damage

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure all customers receive items in excellent condition.

How to Make a Return

  1. Visit our Return Centre

  2. Enter your email address and order number

    • Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or by logging into your Soorente account

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the most accurate reason

  4. Choose your preferred refund option:

    • Original payment method

    • Store credit

  5. Select your return shipping method:

    • Your own courier

    • Our prepaid return label

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Returns are not free of charge, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For international orders, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount

  • If using your own courier, we recommend a tracked service

  • Customs fees incurred through third-party couriers are outside our control

With our prepaid returns service, private customers will not incur customs charges on returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at

within 24 hours of delivery, including photo or video evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Locations

  • International orders: Please return via an authorized DHL drop-off location

  • UK domestic orders: Please return via an authorized DPD drop-off location

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
