How It Works

2. Our team reviews your request and assesses design feasibility, fabric options, and production timeline.
3. We will contact you to confirm details and may request additional information or inspiration references if needed.
4. Once your order is approved, you will receive a payment link, invoice, or bank transfer details based on the order. The appropriate payment method will be communicated to you.
   
5. After payment is confirmed, production begins and your custom piece is created.

Please note: Custom orders are quoted individually based on design complexity, fabric selection, sizing requirements, and production timelines.
